loss of product resulting in wasted product, and associated cleaning and disposal costs.
Principles of Operation:
- Flexible Connection between two or more processes, often isolating between moving & stationery.
- Manufactured to suit the application – sized and constructed in materials to suit, from pharmaceutical/food through to industrial/chemical.
- Often supplied by process equipment suppliers who are not specialists in flexibles – results in wrong flexible which is then re-ordered as spare, at high cost.
